Well then. Looks like I'm gonna be making an appearance at that Halloween party after all. I'll be the dashingly handsome pirate, just so you know. I was thinking about going as Sully... but somehow I don't think Elena would be very impressed by a Victor Sullivan costume. Actually... I'd probably scare myself silly if I looked into a mirror on accident. Who am I kidding, I'd never have gotten the mustache right.

Hey, um, campus people. Just thought I should introduce myself. Actually, I'm told to introduce myself but really, come on. My students will figure out who I am when they come to class, right? Right. It doesn't matter now because I'm already writing this.
I'm going to be teaching you guys, well, those of you lucky or unlucky enough to be in my class, I'll be teaching you the fine arts of treasure hunting, artifact retrieval, anthropology and also a bit of piracy privateering. Well, not so much the privateering. Anthropology and archeology. That stuff... you know... the boring crud you have to get to before you can get out into the field and actually look for cool shit stuff. Man, this being a teacher is going to take some getting used to. Hope I don't get caught scratching my ass in class or something... then again it'll be my class.. hmn.. gonna keep that one in mind. My class. Likin' that. Um, where was I.
Okay so I see I'm teaching a class at 8 in the morning on Mondays and Wednesdays. Yeah. That's not gonna work. So if you're in that Monday class... be here at... let's say nine. Yeah. Nine is good. Wednesday? Actually, better make it nine on Wednesday, too. It's a two hour class, we can squeeze it in. I'll just give you more homework, right? Or take you on a field trip or something to make up the time. Either way I am not about to get up that early just to talk about the boring stuff. That'll put me to sleep. If I'm going to get up that early it'll be for something interesting. When I think of something cool to do for that class, that early in the morning, I'll let you know. All set? Good. That'll take some stress out of my weekend.
